Quality evidence must match the exact product or approved project configuration. A logo, reference image or general statement should not be treated as proof of a model-specific certification or performance value.
Design records
- Approved electrical specification and load assumptions
- Mechanical drawing, mounting and connector definition
- BMS protection thresholds and communication interface
- Charging profile and compatible equipment
Verification records
- Agreed incoming, in-process and end-of-line inspections
- Electrical, insulation, functional and communication checks as applicable
- Test conditions, acceptance criteria and document revision
- Destination-market and transport documents required for the finished configuration
Production control
The approved bill of materials, drawings, software or BMS settings, work instructions, inspection plan, traceability method and change-control process should be frozen before repeat production.
Claim policy
Cycle life, IP rating, certification, lead time and other performance claims should be published only when they can be tied to a current datasheet, test report or approved project record.
