4. Operational Guidelines and Precautions
Please adhere to these operational restrictions in order to extend the lifespan of your pump and avoid any damages:
Polarity Precaution: Ensure that you do not switch the positive (+) and negative (-) electrical connections unless you have a custom-made product for your particular polarity requirement.
Mechanical Stress: Do not operate the pump if subjected to impact or mechanical stress in transportation or installation.
Foreign Objects: Do not run fluids which contain solid, abrasive particles or magnetic microparticles which may jam the magnetic drive.
Temperature Regulation: Normal operations allow the fluid temperature to be raised up to 80°C continuously, but our materials can tolerate peak temperatures of 100°C. For continuous high-temperature applications, kindly contact us about high-temperature pumps.
Chemical Resistance: Do not run strongly acidic or alkaline chemicals through normal products unless a special chemical resistant design is ordered.
